Our passion for liquorice began with a passion for sweets.

Our sweet shop, "Sarsaparillas", in the quaint market town of Skipton has been selling sweets for nearly 100 years (established 1920)

We noticed that our best selling sweets had one thing in common, namely LIQUORICE!

Our shop is based on good old fashioned values such as great customer service and customer satisfaction, so you can be assured of a great experience with every order.

Our reputation has grown through key values and our shop has gone from strength to strength. More and more of our customers were asking is we "sold on-line?" or "wanted our shop in their town", so we decided to grant their wishes and start selling on-line.
